Yoga
Both Jenny and Pascale are qualified and insured children’s yoga teachers for the 5-12 age group. We have both witnessed firsthand the positive impact which yoga can bring to children, not only in terms of the physical practice but in settling mental energy. We are really proud to be able to offer this to our students, as we feel it is a necessary balance to the hard work students give academically.
Pascale is also experienced in providing an inclusive space for SEN children to develop their yoga practice, placing emphasis on sensory awareness and including nature and sound as part of her yoga teaching.
Currently we are offering both 1-1 and group sessions at your home and will be starting a weekly class from the beginning of the Autumn Term, with location to be confirmed. Please do get in touch if you are interested in your children beginning or developing an existing yoga practice.
